PLAE Coaches
At PLAE, professionalism matters. Not only are our programs directed and guided by some of the top professionals in education and sport, our coaches are part of a robust development program so that they can offer the best professional experience for our clients. In partnership with CoachNB, our coaches are mentored through a developmental program that follows the guidelines from the National Coaching Certification Program of Canada (NCCP) and training from our mentors that will provide the professional development they need to succeed. If our coaches are successful in their development, our participants will be as well!

Responsible Coaching Movement & Safe Sport
The Responsible Coaching Movement (RCM) is a call to action for organizations, parents, and coaches to enact responsible coaching across Canada – on and off the field. The Three Steps to Responsible Coaching help participants and coaches benefit fully from participation in a safe, healthy, and fun environment. By recommending training to make coaches competent and confident, PLAE Education also adopts the tenets of the Responsible Coaching Movement to create a safe, transparent environment for participants, coaches, parents, and more.
